SMS Terms
These terms apply to the text message program “Glenn Stover Project Alerts” (the “Program”), operated by Glenn Stover through the project portal at glennstover.com.
1. What the Program is
The project portal sends project alerts by text message only to people who opt in. Alerts include:
- A draw is ready
- Work has been completed
- An inspection failed
- An issue has been opened
- A payment is on hold
- Insurance is about to expire
These are informational, project-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this Program.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by checking the text-alert consent box in the project portal, or on a form that links to these terms, and providing your mobile number. The consent box is not pre-checked. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated project-alert text messages at the number you provide and to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of using the portal or buying anything.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the activity on your projects.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the Program.
5. How to cancel (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more texts from the Program. You can opt in again later through the portal. You can also email glenn@glennstover.com to opt out.
6. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email glenn@glennstover.com.
7. Carriers
Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change over time.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold. They are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use only service providers, such as our messaging provider and wireless carriers, to deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do.
